I think they are under stafffed with rns I hear people pleading for help constanly, they are ignored because someone is on lunch or break, the nurses do not help very much. I get upset when there is no one to help transfer my husband from his wheelchair to the toliet since he is a difinite fall risk. I wish that those whom do not care have it even worse than these poor souls when thier dignity is flushed down the toliet
